When i download them and put them in the gmod addon's file some of them work in garry's mod for me

Yes I know it's not Gmod. So what I mean by addons tab is the workshop mods tab that opens up in sfm.

It's not a gmod addon. It's only for SFM.

So I installed this mod to make poses, but then i noticed it wasn't in my addons tab so i decided to uninstall it and reinstall it but that hasn't worked either. Does anyone have a solution?
