Grivolved, you should try out Better Half-Life 2 NPC Fights made by zippy, it has plenty of settings to make combat more deadly towards player.

Ok, I installed this mod to multiply my user health to 0.0000001x. It turns out this mod is the only mod in Garry Mod that makes me invincible without using Godmode from the Sandbox settings.

Well could you add the player damage multiplier in the q menu, please? I really want to test it out.

i didn't make a section for it in q menu just a console command.

I still can't find the Player Damage Multiplier section in the Q key menu.
