This mod at its core is future-proof. Therefore yes, still working.

Everything you've mentioned should be working. Though, I don't know what tools or energy drinks you're talking about — are they from mods or the base game?
Could you please update the mod to have the unlimited stack for more items like knives, grenades, drugs/stims (Energy Drink, Metaviron), tools, etc.? It's still 10 max per slot for those items.

Not compatible, as they change the same ammo count display in tactical view.
Would be simple to merge, but that functionality is beyond the scope of this project.
You can only use "give" from sector stash, try other options from squad supplies or squad backpacks.
Fixed shaped charges.
I'm sorry, what I meant are Shaped Charges, not Shrapnel... it's the special grenade that Barry Unger produces over time passively, idk how I made the mistake, I'm sorry once again.
If by "shrapnel grenades" you mean "(frag) grenades", then I just checked and they are stacking over 10 as expected. Try to load your game with just this mod, and let me know if the issue will persist.
Also, there are "Split", "Split & Give" and "Give to squad" vanilla mechanics. Though, in some edge cases it will gray-out the option to split, even if you have a free slot. Base game's FindEmptyPosition function is somehow bugged.
One was already mentioned, by @Kamosabe, didn't yet check if you fixed it or not, but another...
Shrapnel grenades don't stack beyond 10. I read your message earlier about possible other mod being the issue, but I doubt that's the case here. I don't have any other mod that would mess up with this, and all the other grenades stack over 10.
Lastly I have a question/suggestion?
Would it be possible to make it so that you can split ammo stacks? for example if I want to share some of the ammo with a new squad etc. I hope I'm not being an idiot and there in fact is a way, I just didn't see how when I last played.
With few final words, I thank you, because this mod is a big help. Inventory space is such an issue if you are a loot goblin. I think this is more balanced over mod that increases inventory space.

I have a visual bug though with the grenade counter.
In Tactival View the equipped grenade (holding in the hand) shows e.g. something like 3 / 999999 for 3 grenades (in the active merc interface)
10 is a default (undefined) max stack value for every item that can be put into a stack (no armor/weapon/etc). Then, there are stuff with overridden values, like big diamonds (5), gold bars (5), every treasure (1), meds/parts/ammo (500). So, if you can't stack something over 10, then its classes were messed up by other mods that affect those items. In other words, this mod is not a cause, but also isn't a cure for corrupted data.
Can you not stack them over 10 in a single slot afterwards?
Most of the time. You can double click an item in sector inventory to add it to active stack in squad supplies. There's no auto-sort as of yet, sadly.
Yes, they are. Everything except some quest ( virus samples ) and debug items has been affected.
