you should port this over to the smg because they share the same mechanics, if it's possible, and you accept, i will buy you a game of your choice(max would be 50 dollars) but IF it's possible, i will definitely be able to if you accept the offer.

This is a wonderful model, Ironsights work, and the combine tech and look is lore friendly. Also, the magazines having pulse rounds in them is an amazing touch. The heatshield adds a great combine look, and the underbarrel launcher is sleek and slim, integrated greatly! Be aware, the accuracy is that, of course, of the pulse rifle. Dont let the ironsights trick you, mag dumping is obv just as inaccurate as the standard pulse rifle. 10/10 wonderful mod

He actually did make a mod for the mp7 but its on the hl2vr episode 2 workshop https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3005184932 i think you can get it working on hl2 vr by putting it in the addons folder but idk

Excellent work! We finally have an AR2 with usable iron sights! I was wondering, would there be a way to make the world model look like the view model, with the added grenade launcher attachment and the straight, Combine-style magazine, instead of the STANAG mag the view model currently has?

what other weapons do you plan to replace with next other then this and the SMG

Yeah, it would make more sense to replace the MP7 with the M4 considering they use generally similar reload processes and other fact that the HL1 HD pack replaced the MP5 with the similar looking Colt Model 727 AR.

Really like this replacer. The M4 fits right in and the Combine tech added to it is very lore friendly. Also has good iron sights.

dumb question, but why don't you change the M4 with the SMG which has this mechanism instead of the AR2?

No, because it's a skin for AR2, which doesn't have those mechanisms in the game
