It was put there on accident by my friend, besides there's no other way to get the addon since it's not published anywhere. (atleast I think) So I just left it here when reuploading.

I wondered why i had the ''Strongest bounds'' addon when i downlaoded this addon. Also why would you put fetish content on Chara playermodel? That's so weird. :makoto_DGR:

Original author is "koperplyar", he deleted it because he left files for his collar-fetish mod in it. If you have it and you're wondering where it came from, it's here.
