If you are going to make baseless accusations that i have stolen another person's mod and tried to pass it off as my own i suggest that you first verify that the two models are actually the same.

I invite you to spawn the version from Geardown and my version and place them side by side.

You will clearly see they are not the same model

I love the new weapon system but the vehicle itself is too venerable it gets penetrated with a pistol

i swear I remember this from a tv show..

Hard to get fast food through the gun ports in windows.

It's definitely more resistant to small arms now, so its way more useful. Anything firing HEAT rounds will still melt through it, but honestly I think thats pretty realistic. If I were making a lineup for a match I would probably still pick the BTR-4 or M1117.

I meant in-game, using wargaming rules for battles. I'm gonna take a look at it again now that you've updated it

Hello Guys. I have just released an update.

Beware that right now this ONLY affects the DESERT CAMO versions. I will update the others when i finalise the design!

This update greatly improves the protection of the vehicles. They are now impervious to small arms fire (at least the vanilla guns, other gun mods might use MakeHole() so theres nothing i can do to prevent those weapons doing damage)

They are also a lot more resistant to explosives. I have balanced them against my own anti tank mines from my other mod, so its hard to balance it when each mod will use different values for explosive power.

Feel free to make a copy of the mod and tweak the values as you see fit :)

And btw. Remember that its mine-resistant, not mine-proof!

Overall:
Pretty weak vehicle that might have a niche as some type of ghetto MLRS sitting at the back and lobbing rockets at buildings and emplacements. Other than that, if you need a wheeled APC please just use the M1117 or the BTR-4. Very cool mod nonetheless, especially as a top gear fan :)

Pros:
-Good mobility and ground clearance.
-Pretty good FCS
-Very consistent ballistics on both weapons*
-Comes with an unarmed version, idk how many troops it can fit because I think that depends on which ruleset you're using.
-MG damage is good. Not amazing, but solid
-Red version

Cons:
-VERY BAD PROTECTION. Seriously, the default gun from the base game will go through it. All MBTs you meet will simply destroy you with HE. Depending on rules they might only have to use MGs.
-*While the arcs of the rockets may be very consistent, they are fairly mediocre, with you having to do indirect fire if you want to reach out far.
-The vehicle is only partially mine resistant. Large mines will cook it, it will shrug off small mines, but again, depending on ruleset they might still kill it.
-I may be repeating myself here but the armor is actually so bad that when playing with more realistic rules, RPGs and Matadors will be able to one-shot you, and that isn't even mentioning ATGMs.

It depends how powerful the mine is I guess.

this is the least controversial military themed mod ever dont even worry
