Need to go over your whole xcom row. I've seen both Open Fire and Implacable in xcom rows when they are in main tree, haven't looked into the .ini to see if there are any more duplicates.

Typo/mistake alert: The description of the Deconstruction perk in the list above shows the reverse of the actual effects - the grenade launcher provides Combat Engineer while the rocket launcher provides Fire in the Hole (the perk itself is correct.)

Double check you have the pet rock perk pack updated. Steam is sometimes annoying

The new abilities (Rupturing Burst, Rupturing Blast, Demolitionist) aren't showing up for me. I have all the required mods but they just aren't on my Abilities page. Also the Soldier Abilities summery screen shows two lines saying "Missing 'LocFriendlyName' for 'None'".
