Models look nothing like the portraits, so choosing a portrait is pointless when you get a bald black man when you choose a white guy with a beard.

No, i did not change it, the name as seen is still IMP Portraits, as well as the dir "IMP Portraits".

Sorry to ask that, but did you change the name of the mod ? Because, I suscribed ot IMP Banshee and the mod suddently disapear from my game. I cannot load any saved game because of that (I have the same problem withc 3 other mods - Explain morale, traps is explosive or mechanical and show free move but I presume those missing mods should not prevent a game to load).

Are they all 30? Then i guess there is nothing you can do, unfortunately. If that's the case (my bet) then it seems like the game is using pre-stats for existing imp's.

I already updated it, i cant do anything about the stats.

PLEASE update your mod of IMP mercs, after the JA3 Update, my IMP stats are currently really bad, i hope i can get the IMP stats back the way i set them, and hope your update will fix other problems people mentioned. THANK YOU SO MUCH :)

Bro, your IMP portraits are the best, if you will add models it would be the best IMP replacer mod.

No, i mean the little portraits on the left while playing. some of the pictures fit, others go over the border on the upper side of the portrait.

You mean model? Thats a lot of work, last model i made (Che) actually took me 2 hours at least.

And the vanilla IMP models only have 3, not many, right? The selection is very limited what they gave us. And since a few of the protraits here a somewhat different, it will be even harder to reflect their "image" with the models you can make.

Would it be possible to give the portraits a better fit?

They are using default IMP male and female "models". Im gonna do models when im adding mods with "proper" new AIM SOldiers for you to hire.

Alignment at iinventory screen is off for some portraits, im gonna fix that now.
