You're awesome for making this, and you're awesome for keeping it alive over a year later. In a way, I've been waiting to play a mod like this since Halo Reach released on the 360. A lot has changed in my life since 2010. I still remember looking around on the Bungie(dot)net forums at the time to see if there was anything about releasing Halo Reach on PC, and of course, we'd say "nah, that's never gonna happen", because that sounded ridiculous. It's definitely not the same as the OG Halo Reach, missing the 'TrueSkill' matchmaking, changes to voice chat and the way armor is unlocked. But it's good to see modding has a lot more support now.

so this mod doesn't show up under reach after i downloaded it is it a bug or just currently not working

This would give you 3 options,stay and fight alongside your allies against increasingly tough Covenant until you are killed,at which point the standard cutscene plays, last a certain amount of time and get glassed which is an option now,and of course flee on the Pelican,but it'd be cool if once you get on the pelican more allies board it as well until it is full or no one else is left to board it,then it takes off,this way,you can save some allies instead of retreating alone,also adding the UNSC frigate duking it out with the Covenant Cruiser before it glasses the map. It'd also be nice to have them be higher up as it feels weird for them to be so close to the ground. Anyways,thanks for reading all this,sorry for the wall of text but I really love this mod and these changes would make it the perfect mod.

Hey so, I love this mod, and personally consider it to be my head cannon, but I've got a few suggestions to make it even better. Lt's suggestion is something I would definitely like, along with Kachelhofer's ideas,but I also have a few ideas of my own. Firstly,instead of having all the allies be Emile which kinda breaks immersion,you could have groups of Marines and ODST's scattered throughout the map with another random Spartan in each group,which would make this even better. I also think that you could add elite Zealots and Field Marshals to the mission for a final increase in difficulty,which would increase over time to get harder with new enemies like brutes and hunters until we eventually have most enemy types and field marshals and such swarming the area.

outside of the normal play space is just a bunch of low textured walkable playspace, maybe you could put destroyed buildings and a helipad with a falcon

This mod gives me an idea . . . if in the lore Noble 6 held out for 3 days before finally going down, there could be a canon version of this mod, where you get to run around, commandeer all kinds of vehicles, find all kinds of weapons, etc. and the enemy damage output is lowered and the the player's raised to simulate Noble 6's ludicrous kill streak that he pulled off before the Covenant finally killed him.

Yes, it's quite a creative idea. As a veteran Halo player, I want to use my own methods to give this bad ending another choice

This level is basically LONE WOLF: EASY MODE. [Still a good alternate ending to reach.]
