it may be caused due to vanilla pathfinding issue try installing some pathfinding fix mods

There's a weird bug with the mod, I have a character who has two jobs which is iron resource and the machine, it kept on going back and forth like it was stuck in a loop and not doing the assigned job, it happened at Sho-Battai where there's a Iron resource behind the town

Is it me or you cant build them cause you cant find them in build menu...
