I was curious to what this mod did, so I took a look inside.

This mod makes two changes:
1. The army/construction/diplomacy funding caps for all AI nations is increased from 2000/1000/1000 to 30,000.
2. All AI nations income allocations are set to "Income allocation high spending". this lets them spend 95% of their income.

Basically, this mod just increases the spending limits of the AI.
There are no other changes to AI behaviour.

Works pretty well for me, feels like AI has gotten much much smarter with this mod. Not sure why more people haven't tried this out yet.

Did this mod change original economic and military tendencies of factions? (in the discription information of the diplomatic interface)For example, Gongsun Zan try to keep his army strong as he can.
