Hey, have been away from stellaris for a while - am now back and will be looking in to this. Will leave this version as-is, and put up an updated separate mod when it's ready.

Unfortunately, this mod is no longer work on current version... too bad that I was liked this mod during 3.8~3.9

@Geostigmatism Unfortunately a mod like this is literally impossible to make achievement compatible. No matter which way you slice it there needs to be a trigger to apply the background. Any triggered effects break the checksum for achievements.

Is there any particular place in a load order this should be placed into?

Please make this achievement compatible someday!

Seems dope and there are ways of getting past the achievements availability check. If you really want to try out a mod, don't let that be the thing that stops you.
