Well, the entirety of the 40K universe isn't exactly meant to be fully balanced so that's probably the only thing that was at least accurate to the source material, but it didn't help that the devs were practically bias towards Space Marines when it came to the patches and extremely overly zealous to nerfing Eldar to the point that they needed to find excuses to make more.

This game deserved better, it could have been exceptional and unique. But it was too arcade, clunky and unbalanced.

Yeah, looking back at EC out of all the commanding officers for the four factions the one that likely made the least sense was when they decided to make the Dark Angel's chapter master the commanding officer for the space marine faction which included the Space Wolves, a chapter that's known to see the Dark Angel's as rivals if anything so I really doubt they would take orders from their chapter master if they don't take orders from the Inquisition very well.

I wasn't on the game anymore when she came out. I found her in a book from Aaron Dembsky-Bowden.

It makes me sad that the only "official" 40K game I've seen that featured this character by name is Eternal Crusade since she was the commanding officer for the Elder forces in the game, if only that game was able to get out of the shadow the dev team put it under as time went on.

This is strange, i target catachan devil in each range (max 3) and he suffers damages with the blade of destruction.
Can you be more precise about the situation and the unit who are not affected by the damage ?

Blade of Destruction sometimes doesn't do any damage depending on the unit. I noticed it happened to Catachan Devils
