@Rakova Poslastica Make sure the vertical and horizontal texture resolution are both a power of 2, such as 512, this is a limitation of the Source engine.

i wanted that sunny but slightly clinical and cold feeling in this map. like the atmosphere inside hospitals when its hot and sunny outside, the sunlight pouring in but the interior is cooled by the AC.

they are supposed to look empty and unfinished. in the lore, the shelter is undergoing renovation. but i could make the bathrooms a bit more nicer looking

@Aesculap⚕ i created the overlay using paint.net , which is free software. theres tutorials out there that teach how to use it but it is pretty easy to learn

@shortnamesalex i could agree with you on buying paid games just for a mod, but for a game like tf2 (which is free 2 play) you could use that

I hate the idea of having a buy a whole game just to get a map to display properly. Yes those games might be cheap as chips nowadays but that doesn't mean everyone has money to afford it. It's stupid and it limits the amount of people that can play it.

it's more of urban exploration, tbh i was a expecting more because it doesn't look that abandoned. makes it feel empty. more like an rp map where the houses have nothing in them.
