Look on Youtube for tutorials on navigating Blender. The blender community is HUGE, and is always welcoming new users. Consider joining a Reddit Group. Blender also has a Youtube Channel with tutorials on basic subjects. I like this video ->

Don't try to push your self when making your first model. Try something basic like a tree, waste bin, etc. (Mine was a ticket booth.) Familiarize your self with Blenders User Interface, and get to know comment terms in Blender. There are also great guides in Steam to make models specifically for Rolling Line. If you have questions, make sure to ask around, comment on vids, ask in groups, or just plain google it! Or ask me! Good luck on your journey of 3D Modeling!
