There is an issue with AI getting stuck. Around phase 3 or 4 (I cant remember) when you're fighting in the town the AI spawn and go through what looks like a raspberry field surrounded by a wall. They all get stuck inside there as there is no exit, made the rest of the mission difficult as I had no NPC's to help fight. I even tried blowing up the wall and it didn't work.
