What's your model detail set to? If it's on low try raising it to high, there's a long-withstanding issue with Source sometimes crashing on certain maps when the model detail isn't set to high.
I'd also recommend changing to the x86-64 branch of GMod if you haven't already.

That Interesting I Think

So, way back when I was initially working on gm_trippin, I had planned on having the ship crash through the wall when you approached it. The problem was I could never get it to work acceptably (at least on a technical/visual level), so I just had it poking through the wall. It was only when gm_innernette came around that after I fully designed/blocked out the ship, I had wanted to have another go at the concept. That, and the fact that this map is influenced by King Gizzard's album Nonagon Infinity and infinite loops, it just felt right to have it all end up back at gm_trippin.

I Been Wondering, What Inspire you To Make that Spaceship as Seen in GM_Trippin

like to the point that they're actually seamless regardless of what weapon you're using

this map alone made me want to deal with the slight smoothness issues that seamless portals had, and that i god damn did and i hope it'll get merged

i did not expect to find myself trippin but damn am i pleasantly surprised

I use Audacity to edit/trim the audio to loop seamlessly, save it as a .wav file, then use Wavosaur to insert the loop points

also i loved the feeling of going into the tv not even knowing that there was going to be smth behind it

how do you make these music loops?

VR Mod is highly recommended; especially with legal substances. Also didn't read the description before playing and I was pleasantly surprised by my favorite band!

Can never get enough of these kinds of maps, might try it soon!

It's just a reference to gm_subliminal yeah. I had originally considered making it functional but decided against it once I added the portal generator, since I didn't want too much going with that area.

OK, seems I forgot to pack a few things, gimme like 15 minutes and it should be fixed.

Everything should be packed into the map. I'll have to look at what model the ceiling lights there are using and repack it if it's not already packed in.

I'm having some missing textures with some of the ceiling lights in the freezer room, is there required content?
