Templar is definitely broken, it resets to the level you receive it at every mission. You select any skills their rank gives them, go on a mission, then they revert back to as if you just recieved them.

I "fixed" mine by turning on the option that lets me Mec them.

Hello, using your very nice modlist but have a problem?!
Just before end of 1st month, the avatar progress/timer becomes visible and I am nowhere near liberating a region.
Any ideas what might be causing this?
