So in other words... to be more accurate, these Fast Zombies are more like, City 10 Fast Zombies. Not "Arctic".

the reason these fast zombies didnt come back is because they were infected by the virus in City 10 (where entropy zero 1 takes place), since the virus was only in City 10 they wouldnt be anywhere else
