Subscribe to the item and then type in your console "g Angelic D6" or if you want to spawn it's pedestal, when you type "g Angelic D6" there should be a number next to the letter "c". Save that number and type "spawn 5.100.itemID" and that number you saved goes into "itemID".

There is a bug that this item can roll empty item pedestal, in addition, hope you could add it to angel room item pool, since it is an angel themed item.

You can roll an empty item pedestal. Not sure if that was intended.
