@gavt1976 oh ok i was not sure it was this. I know some buildings are missing in the cities. I did change some mods along time and it is hard to find every single building missing so there are some.
For the dam it is a bit strange because i am sure i did correct it like a week ago. Strange...

Little tiny block squares on your save game, like missing mods, that are called Placeholders.

@gavt1976 Sorry I don't get what is the meaning of "placeholder" there...

I am not sure to expand the city in the future or at least soon.

@le_serfer007 Les mods non zip il te suffit de les placer dans le dossier Steam\userdata\TonIDSteam\1066780\local\mods. Ceux zip doivent d'abord être dézippé. Attention à ce qu'il n'y ait pas de dossier dans les dossier (si tu ouvres un dossier de mod, tu dois tomber directement sur les fichiers du mod)

@Elje0ett There are some other minor builds accross the map like a nuclear power plant, an altiport or some villages. But overall the city remains the main piece on the whole map.
