that is because the devs made the required item be batterycell instead of mobilebattery, unless i did an override it cant be fixed

The stun baton doesn't seem to be working. It consumes power but i don't hear the buzz when i hit with it and the target isn't stunned.

and yes any battery powered item will work only within the sub, and as long as your mod uses batteries it should work to power those modded things
