Nicely done in such a short time. You showcased a lot of the main mechanics of the actual game. Recommended, especially for any fellow modder who's learning the ropes.

It's because you are probably opening the map in debug mode from the start. If you add pathnodes and open in the normal game, it will crash.

PS: if you add or remove pathnodes and doesn't load the map in debug mode, they will continue with the old ones, so if you took it from somewhere or added it somewhere else, it won't work.

When I added in the stalker I didn't do anything special with the path nodes, I just placed them around the floor like they were in the proper maps and when the stalker came out it happened to follow them - and also with the crashing, I can only suggest checking over the coding very thoroughly. I just copied over the bits I thought I needed from the officer hub and kept following all the errors it gave me until the mod would finally load.

P.S., if the mod is crashing while you're inside it and the stalker activates, that's something on your map messing with it - when I did the shotgunner, I added an extra couple of fog silhouettes and then it kept freezing whenever he was shot, removing them fixed it

@evilrich66 you need to calculate the pathnodes, to do so you need to open the map via debug mode, it's the only way.

@evilrich66 I don't know what comment you're talking about being told it already, but it seems I'm a dum dum with the ammo since I thought I had to figure out adding in my own pickup items instead of just using the settings on the normal ones. Woulda saved a ton of time when i picked up ammo in testing.

i see you got a comment in your thingy about adding extra ammo boxes, what i do is colour em differently and then in the pickup tab of the entity in the editor, modify its pickup amount by altering its content level, from -1 to any number

teach me your ways you magic son of a gun. i cant get the npc's to pathfind or logic at all, and the stalker just crashes my mod

@Philo the map light needing both switches on is a complete accident, caused by me messing up the name of it. Though its cool that it isn't scripted like the daisy chained switches in the soldiers quarters.

Also you don't wanna know who got him in the barrel, to squeeze him down into such a small space would require quite the strength

I love the barrel monster. How did you get the inventory to work though? In my custom map I'm working on opening the inventory just breaks the whole game

*The voicelines work but cannot be replayed. Didn't notice until I checked

Also the lightswitch in the trap hallway does not need to be turned on for fullbright to activate but the one in the hallway leading to the generator room does. Don't know if this intentional or a bug.

Best map on the workshop so far, but the competition isn't very strong.
