Hi, I'm having a problem with this. Every time I place the corner shop next to the regular one, the corner shop gets destroyed. It works fine when it's standing alone, but as soon as I connect it to the regular shop, it gets destroyed. Do you know why this is happening?

I just realized where that barber shop decal (first hair cut) is taken (on the 2x2 shop)

i feel like manhattan chinatown buildings in your style would be amazing, especially cuz we don't have a lot of chinatown buildings, if youre ever running out of ideas, please think abt it 🙏🙏

@omgAlexlikewtf use this mod for what you're describing - i only use that type of placement mode for unique/rico buildings https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2060132379

These are great and are such a nice complement to your other american wall-to-wall assets like the American Rowhouses. One thing I do wish all of those assets had though - which some of your assets do - is the more 'free-form' plopping ability where the building locks to the zoning grid but can slide freely along it. This would make placing big blocks of them much faster than going through all of them with Move It. Just a thought!

stuff like this should have been in the "Brooklyn and Queens" CCP. So much of the areas of Queens that developed as the Subway expanded out into the borough in the first three decades of the 20th century was built in Tudor revival style, especially areas like Forest Hills.

Perfect! I'm planning out a highly detailed Midwest city.and using real life for inspiration. One area that I wanted to use has a couple blocks of Tudor shops so this fits what I wanted.
