thanks but i'm not keen on barbarian culture units to play as - ok for AI players to play against. I know preserver culture hasn't been updated and there are some graphics glitches as a result, ut I much prefer the units you get with it to any of the other cultures

@Dunadd The new version of this mod have a wood elf themed set for barbaric just letting u know cuz the mod u mentioned is very scuffed and have not been updated in forever.

thanks but I'm using the preserver culture mod (only real wood elf still faction you can make) and it seems for some reason the game won't run with preserver culture unless i have both this mod and your newer version subscribed

What does "loaded under the new mod" in mod load order mean please? Does it mean above or below it on the screen?

@Uledrith Race customization tab u need Culture Unit Makeover or Culture Unit Makeover Thematic Add-On with this version to work.

Where exactly am I supposed to be able to select these? I don't see them when I go to select a race at start of a new game..

Hey man, can you make a version for when the new DLC comes out. I want to put industrial armour on those units.

@Shadowing sure make add ons if u want but i'm going to more or less abandon this project in favour of working on Unique Culture Appearance 2 which is not going to need Culture Unit Makeover to work also the new version covers every tome unit in game and randomly generated heroes.

Can we make some of our own addons to this mod?

@Ray.D.Oactive No expanded culture unit uses a lot off custom tags this is a huge problem becuses i have to add a lot of sliders this is a huge problem because if i add more sliders they will bloated the customization tab for people who do not use expanded culture unit and i don't want to maintain a sub mod that have to be updated every time the dev of expanded culture units updates ther mod also i don't us expanded culture units and never will.


@voragoski Have u tried to unsub resub on both mods if that doesn't work try verify game cache som files may have been corrupted also it should re download any missing mod items when you do that and if that doesn't work u can downloading the mod from Pardox Mod website and try that way if none of these work it could be som compatibility issues that I am not aware of.

Something's off, it doesn't parse the metadata and just crashes. Can we get a fix for this? (I've also downloaded Culture Unit Makeover)

I use the expanded culture units mod, which adds some units that unfortunately end up looking kind of off since this mod doesn't include certain units for certain looks. Will we eventually see culture unit makeovers for ALL flavors of units?

@carlovonsexron01 I just got home from a family trip but i'm going to look in to making a hero customization mod soon.

If you only make one more mod, for the love of the mod gods, somehow grant us the power of the crested archon helmet for our heroes!

I tried using this mod with the extra unit mod made by Diggers at Arms, and it worked with some unit but not with some others.

Do you plan making this mod compatible with that one ?

I think it can be achieved by just adding to the customisation option the missing unit types (Fighter, and completing the Skirmisher).

I had to sacrifice lizard warlocks helmet this is a necessary sacrifice until someone finds a better solution also warlocks looks a bit bugged until you get to character creation screen don't ask way.

@Videogamer40000 I have looked into it but I have absolutely no idea how the head system is set up I am trying to reverse engineer the system with no results so far.

@Spesh No the ai do not pick any at all

It seems that when you select the Lizardfolk form, certain unit models, such as your Wood Elf support, always use a certain type of Lizardfolk head, so it causes the heads to be layered on top of each other. Hopefully, we can see a fix for this. I don't know if it's something that only the Culture Unit Makeover developer has to update for or if there is something you can do for your own models. Thank you regardless.

Does the AI randomly pick from these options? I'd rather not go up against a mishmash of randomly styled units

I have same issue in my game. I also have problems with legs (Dark culture shock infantry warriors particularly).

I am looking for a modder who could make me a mod that alters the high culture to give high elves proper straight spined double edged swords. Like Glamdring and Sting, the only two elven swords in the lotr movies that are actually done right.

@edwin gibson I can't change wepons and if u don't know what archons are google Aow 2 archons and you should have a good idea of what i plan to do.

Do you happen to use MOdels and Textures from other in game units? for example the Copper Pikemen from the Lore of ... I think Enchement. But i can't remember for sure. But it'fs spear could be used for an out fit style. Or other stuff from other units from in game.
