Yeah, it works, although some stuff is a little inconsistent, like the location of Vault 0/NORAD.

I tried to fix it, but I didn't want to go through re-writing focus descriptions.

Updated. Fixed traits, made a few locked templates unlocked, and added a few technologies that were disabled. Have fun guys.

Noahqshark yes this causes several nations on the map to have their advisers lose their bonuses. There must be something in this mod that causes global changes to advisors. Unfortunately I have to disable this mod until this is fixed.

When having this mod on it makes some advisors lose their traits. Best example is NCR military high command advisors not being usable. Don't know if others are having this issue.
