@Echo, yeah maybe. I split it off because I personally didn't like this change and wanted to use the Light version instead (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2988099329)

I understand that this just an off-shoot of the original mod, but wouldn't these changes remove one of the main threats of Cathay, thus making them pretty much always dominate their areas?
