@Q Launch the game in debug mode, get the item you want and right click/edite it. You will find the coded name of the item there which is the one you must put in the sandbox settings of this mod. Then you can save the sandbox settings to include the item in future games.

how do i find the exact item name to use in the custom item section?
My Characters are deaf and im trying to get them to start w a hearing aid from the hearing aid mod. Outside of that 10/10 ty for your work and vision o7

I would love an extra option to just spawn in any specific item. Maybe just a field where we can fill in the Item ID. Then I can start with a small backpack and a modded item like a swiss army knife.

Simple mod like this that makes a huge difference. It's always seemed weird to me that we don't start with basic things like watches, or in the case of starting further into the apocalypse, simple survival gear like a tent.

Man...I would love if this worked with some of the most popular gun mods. Mainly because I'm so tired of Brita's as a example, where I need to spawn in the item, mags, ammo, attachments, then add the attachments to all the weapons I want to start with....Shit takes forever man lol.

I have added this to my PZ QOL modpack. I hope this helps others see this gem of a mod!

Iv'e been looking for something like this, combine with Wolf Custom Starting Conditions can really boost this mod.
