Теперь в моде ресурсы не изменяются, слишком много ошибок превышения лимита ресурсов и отрицательных ресурсов. пришлось сделать проще, уменьшить время восстановления ресурсов после выработки через 10 секунд, что делает ресурсы практически безграничными.
