Same here bro. I found Britannia immersive only when playing a Celtic race like Welsh, Cornwall or Breton. An empire unified by Saxons through conquest should be named Empire of England, since all the islands are now Saxon land/ England.

I'm gonna merge all of the British Isles into the Kingdom of England
