After playing with this mode since it came out I finally figured out how to add nations. I created a discussion post with the code and explanation of what I did, it still works in the most recent patches of the game. I hope it helps.

For Frisia I would say needing to have Frisian culture, for Brabant Flemish Culture and own all of Brabant, doe Utrecht I'd suggest requiring Dutch culture and being a bishophric

CASTILE - INFANTES OF ARAGON

For those asking for the Infantes of Aragon disaster to be added, you don't need it. In order to fire the disaster, go to your Nobility Estate, and grant the "Factionalist Nobility" privilege. The disaster will start and you can continue with the Castile/Spain mission tree.

This mod works with the latest version 1.36.1 at least works with my playthrough.
Bug report: Dithmarschen cannot be formed by any country. I checked the mod file and found that the tag of Dithmarschen is wrong, which should be DTT other than DIT, and it makes no country can form it if they themselves exist.

After looking at the mod files It appears that the bug jhoolelal mentioned is most likely due to a copy and paste error as both Lithuania and Majapahit require province id 272 which is Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania at the 1444 start date.

Majapahit is bugged, requires Vilinius which is in lithuania
