I fixed the issue with dogs not eating from the bowls, the obstructing box size was too large. Also fixed it so they orient to the terrain Working on the issue where they disappear with mild zoom out. Will upload as a fixed mod once I get that piece done.

Stone bowl don't work, no visual of food on bowl and bowl disapear of screen when you are far. This mod need update...

Any updates on this mod? I really like the bowl concept much better than the vanilla troughs, dogs need bowls not troughs! LOL

As of this date dogs still won't eat from this bowl, which is a shame cuz the models are nice.

Correction to last statement "trying to fix the mod", I'll let the owner keep control, ill just try and fix the problem.

There are a couple of little bugs which may have an effect on this being fixed with the next patch, if they don't sort out the problem, Ill have a look at fixing the mod.

I can confirm, as of latest update, dogs won't eat from the bowl.

I also can confirm what Jaggid Edje is saying, caused my dogs to attack my survivors AGAIN which resulted in there death's AGAIN......maybe owning dogs isn't for me??

As of the most recent game update this mod no longer functions as a feeder for animals. They will not eat from it. Mod needs to be updated.

My dog is starving. He does not eat from the cold bowl. The bowl is fille with dried meat. If the dried meat is in the normal trough, the dog is eating. (DLC/Saltu)

Such a small detail but so necessary. Many thanks to the author!

As someone who lacks the skills needed to make decent new 3d objects for the game, I was really hoping someone would do this. Thank you for sharing it with the rest of us!

I had the idea weeks ago because I like to keep the dogs inside. But I didn't like the huge feeding trough and most of the meat goes bad quickly.
Also tried to create one myself, but since I've never made mods before.

@zapow Thanks for letting me know, there was an issue where the localizations was breaking the mod. I temporarily removed the localizations and it seems everything should work now.

This mod does not work. I was able to research it but not able to build anything. And then it caused my game to crash.
