download a gmod uploading / downloading addon tool like gm.publisher , download the addon , look through lua , and then you can adjust the fire rate in there. it should be along hte lines of "rpm" or smtn.

you technically can't modify RoF in game due to how arc9 works , as of rn , unfortunately

question, how can you modify the code of the addon to say like have it fire at a faster fire rate instead of ingame

the akm will appear whenever i get the motivation to animate again and do APEX weapons LOL.

here's a list of how the weapons will release :

Arma 3 base game ---> arma 3 DLCS ---> APEX ----> CDLC ---> Arma 3 mods

once all the weapons from a dlc / base game is done , all the singualr weapons will be removed and repacked into one single weapon pack.
