You can make a skin, it is all good. I don't use mods to beg for Patreon donations or run a side hustle here like some other modders. I do this purely for the good of the community and passion for the game.

Well at lease I would ask to use to make skin mod or else.

I have had several of my mods stolen. It is not worth the hassle to get them taken down.

Pretty slick. But yes, a single sided version would be perfect for setting up two lane roads (two roads) for downtown city streets. Also, making it asphalt for the parking area for that version since most parking I am familiar with down town along side a main road are asphalt.

A single version would use much less space already used for other things + it could be mirrored.
