I said "bad", character design and moves are cool. I meant bad as in it is bad to play him if you want to win versus anyone with range and is good.

This character is so bad, all projectiles have zero priority vs other projectiles, all his engage gets absolutely destroyed by any character that zones at all, and his main set relies too much on close range. In other words, hes pretty ok in close range but the moment your opponent can keep you out of your golden range, you are useless without meter

Amazingly made character, still holds up well to this day, a classic of yomih. At the same time, good fucking god, I do not have fun fighting him the way people tend to play him. Especially with stand mode... uuuugh it's like pulling teeth sometimes. No shade or anything just, man I wish his stand attacks would all cancel on being hit and not just groon, would stop him being able to prevent any kind of combo on him without having to get him in enough hitstun to last through a block.

It's a neat character, but with how borked undoing moves is for this character, practice is so frustrating.

Hey, so first o all fantastic mod, dude! In general, the balance is pretty good, the one thing I wanted to let you know is that after a couple matches and tests, I'm pretty sure Diavolo's jump cannot beat most grabs. I dunno if it's on purpose or simnply an oversight, but I wanted to leave my two cents about it, because I feel he really gets hit hard by losing that option after wakeup

after playing a match it seems that diavolo cannot jump to punish grabs, nor can he jump to dodge them himself, hopefully this gets fixed sometime soon :)

"Balanced around vanilla" but can stop time and attack with his stand which makes it impossible to burst free from stand only combos.

Every time i play him the game crashes

i played one game with my friend recently and now it breaks the game and crashes it when i try to play it.

Peace is a burst, Time Erase is a super. That's the primary difference, other than length.

End of the Line is a counter pose, you have to get hit while using it.

Is the Time Erase meant to be different from Peace? In my experience they both seem to do the same thing and I feel like I'm missing something. Also how do you activate End of the Line? Other than these two struggles, this is pretty much my fav character to play so tysm for this awesome mod. <3

Getting into powercreep wars with other mods is a losing battle. He's supposed to roughly be vanilla balanced anyways.

Currently having an issue where he's not loading, it's just showing as "Null" when I try to load him up in single player.

In singleplayer...NEVER hit undo. In multiplayer...NEVER hit resync. Otherwise? Cool character, fun to play! One note is that I would like some knock up capabilities, like an uppercut etc. for when the stand is out so I can actually use Fallen Angel, but otherwise? Great character, well realized concept.

This mod is definitely my favorite one. designing him in such a way that gives justice to canon Diavolo's abilities is honestly impressive

everytime i try to play diavolo my game crashes even in singleplayer is that just me

Did you resync at any point during the match? There have been some issues in the past with resync messing things up, so it'd be good to know if that was the case.
If not, then I'm not really sure what caused it.

So i played a round as diavolo against wizard and halfway through the match it showed the wizard back around full hp, so i had just assumed he somehow healed. When we played the replay he was actually really low, and i have no clue what i did for that to happen. The end of the replay was also on the wrong side and the wizard was just appearing to do random moves, even though i was getting combo'd n the actual game? Its really fuckin confusing to explain lol, diavolo does indeed fuck reality.
