@RayZzen - A complex mod like this may not be possible to add mid-campaign. You definitely cannot remove it mid-campaign.
@Rino - Morathi's cultists cannot establish cults, no.
@uncertified forklift operator - This seems reasonable. I'll probably add that in.
@Autumnchain - It does not. That's more of a faction feature than a feature of the Cultist hero, and I can't say I feel like WoC need more faction features...

* Updated all versions of Khorne Cultists to include the new customization skills included in patch 6.0, including gender-swapped flavor text for the Cultists of Brass.
* Replaced Khorne-specific customization skills for Norsca, added flavorful Norscan versions
* Added a few missing modded factions (thanks 𓆚 standardheadache 𓆚)
@Amko - This is great feedback. I will look into it, especially for Valkia. Valkia + Brass Sisters is one of those features people were excited about even before Valkia came out, so I want to make sure it feels good for her.
@Reiteration6 - It's a fair point. This is a deceptively complex mod, sometimes I have to weigh how long a feature will take versus how much new content I could make.

- Cult Oracle is now correctly unable to create cults for The Changeling (the Changeling creates his cults with Trickster cultists, war, and other methods) [thanks for the report, Sokundor]
@Solkundor - Just like the Changeling to cause trouble... I will look into it.
@Uragan008 - The control building allows recruitment. To boost cap, you need resource buildings.
