@quasar1334 These are based on older buildings, tho, not newer ones - there are still many of these buildings in NYC

New York's buildings are not like that anymore. For instance, the fire escapes contraptions on he outside of buildings are now nonexistent, since modern buildings are 'non-combustible'.
