Not sure how hard it is to make additional Transformations instead of "only" altering existing ones, but as people like Quickdraw6 seem to not like being differently colored, what about the idea to unlock different transformations? Some that only change your appearance? For example, the moment you unlock Leafskin, you get the standard transformation, but it now doesnt change your skin anymore, but you also get an additional transformation at the same time that does nothing but the visual change and also costs either nothing or only has a token cost (1 point). That way, people could adjust quite easily how they want their races to look.

Reveler's Heart is also such a candidate ;)

If you play with Wightborne, you can actually use this transformation to still get 50% of all positive morale. But the hooves completely ruin the Undead feeling.

However - the hooves are mandatory if you play actual demons. So i wouldn't use a mod to remove them.

@Quickdraw6, I think Leafskin looks good with Gaia's Chosen and I think people like being green like the Hulk. Similarly Scion of Flame makes you red and people want to be red demons. It different from being forced to be midgets or hairy in my opinion.

Next should be Leafskin, because it makes characters look like a chewed-up glowstick.
