Hm, I'll try to workt hat out, and the horde spawner was ripped from BA2, which used navmesh as base for spawning, instead of random vectors, which could be the reason for lag

it need a bit more performance, because the horde system feels laggy and when a zombie is killed it change its skin. Overall good mod, better than the other "zombies" mod (except for the one about headcrabs, it is very cool)

You can use model manipulator and submaterial to replace models of zambies, I think I'll unpack VJBase to see how test player NPC uses all available playermodels

Well, ignore players fully disables their AI, sorry, I can't fix that issue for now due to my limited knowledge

It does but only if they kill me, suiciding doesn't fix it looks like. But yeah they still won't attack npcs if i have ignore player on.

Sometimes nextbot mark you as a main target, try dying while being surrounded by them and NPC's and see if it works

They don't seem to run after npcs for me. If i have ignore player ON they just don't move while other npcs attack them. But if i take off ignore palyer they only run after me.
