I just wanted to say that Modding Tool sometimes leaves the unused files in the asset, after changes. It happened to me in one case. You may need to check asset folder in
\Users\< user >\AppData\LocalLow\Ancient Forge Studio\The Tenants Modding Tools\ExportedAssets\ , to remove an unused old file manually :)

And I also noticed that the pictures are mirrored. If you're editing models in blender, you just need to select the entire texture in the UV Editor panel and mirror it with the resize tool. Or the same can be done with the model itself in Unity.
