Could well be, feel free to submit an issue on the code repository with a list of your mods so I can investigate it further (https://github.com/CallumHoughton18/project-zomboid-spawn-at-last-slept-location/issues/new) or you can post them here as well :)

hmmm, could be a mod conflict then, thank you for doing that. Just doesn't show up for me. Could be because my bed/base is in a rv interior

@DreezyMoto, you should see it when you select a spawn point for a character (I've added a screenshot to this page to show where you see the spawn option)
