Now, it also adds scrollbox if there's too many traits (based of Elder Kings mod, these past few weeks I only play EK, the `list.gui` is incompatible with each other)

@famaouz, In this mod there are duplicated lines from the old patch that need to be removed in lists.gui. These are lines from 2633 to 2679.
I checked on a new game, only with this mod.
