it should have been written as l_simp_chinese but was mistakenly written as l_english

I think you're getting people asking for this to be updated because it's a lot less convenient to subscribe to 20 different mods if you're an existing subscriber. There's enough bloat of mod lists as-is, no need to make mod management even more cluttered by splitting every individual trait into its own mod.
I mean, do what you want with your mod, but if you're already updating all of the components individually why wouldn't you also update the release that has them all combined? By definition you've already updated everything in it.
However, I've a suggestion
Can you limit the perk to use poisons to expedite schemes in the intrigue tree only to murder schemes?
Because it's unlikely to use poison to sway or befriend someone
