a good starting point is: do you know if that mod works with other modded lords? if it does do you remember which ones?
if all of this is true than the second step is: do we know if any of those modded lords aren't startposed? if any of them aren't startposed than it may possible to make this lord being recruited by that mod.
If I understand correctly, I don't need Asset Editor for this - just to replace some variantmesh definitions from the Nagash mod to point to your model, correct?
If u want this model instead of their Neferata's model it is a bit more difficult but not that hard, I can explain to you how to do it, but I wont bother to create a different mod just for it.
I wouldn't put this with Neferata's ambitions since lots of keywords and I'd are the same, it might create conflicts
For your information I uninstalled the mod and reuploaded it because I know that sometime Steam Workshop can act weird. But still not working
