They dont use it well, but do use it (for winds recharge mainly), but there is a big negative for using this ability and it requires two mages so it takes some investment for the player.

Does the AI use this? It seems lie it could be balance breaking if only the player uses it. I'm not criticizing anything. I love your mods. I'm just wondering.
