If it is supposed to stay forever, please make it disappear and leave a modifier in it's stead, so it does not occupy space in the outliner.

I love this concept, so what I'm pitching is, if it's OK with the bug branch people, shoot me a DM and I'd love to help you right up some events for those civics as well. I don't know dick about coding it in, but I'm halfway decent at writing up little mini-stories.
