Still one of my favorites. There aren't many mods that make such good use of changes in physics or space combat like this mod does. If you ever plan on creating another mod please consider Halo 4 and making great use of their ranger variants as well.

That's very odd, do you have any dlls in your game folder (from other mods), that could be the reason for the crash.

Yes, I launch the game with anti cheat disabled. The level won't load and it crashes the game

Probably my favorite Halo Reach mod for MCC. I haven't had a mod scratch my nostalgia itch as much as this one!

Jumping and holding down the button to enter usually works, though it may have been an odd bug. If that doesn't work, you can try and launch the mission in the last rally point, it'll skip ahead right to the final section of the map.

In the Anchor 9 station exterior after Sabre mission, I can't get inside the Pelican after I shoot down all the Phantoms. Is there something else I should be doing aside from trying to jump in? I can't get inside the landing ramp, as if there is an invisible wall.

That's pretty rare from what I've seen, usually happens if a bunch of crates blow up and end up blocking a large area of his path. There's a failsafe that tries to prevent that from happening, but also hitting him a couple of times until he's not stuck can fix it.

That was just a hint on how they work. You're able to destroy the phantom and its turret way before it starts to leave.

Around 7 or 8 shots I think, you can usually get them before they fully leave the turret range. Also the phantoms only start to fly away once you destroy their turret, so you could use that to your advantage.

They loop infinitely, you have to use the rocket turrets on top of the platforms and destroy two of them to get the objective completed.

Just played it, best reach campaign mod ive played so far 10/10 would recommend. Without spoilers the first section does feel little cluttered but other then that the map design and enemy layout felt perfect forgot i was playing a custom mod thats who good it is

You can skip the flying by picking either the 3rd or 4th rally points (Charlie or Delta) and starting the mission that way.

I'm a sucker for Reach, so anything coming from this game is automatically going to get high praise from me. This was a lot of fun to play through and I thoroughly enjoyed most of it. The cut scenes and repurposed dialogue were wonderfully done and were a great addition.

My one nitpick is that the inside of Anchor 9 is way too small of a space for how many enemies were put in there. I play Halo on Heroic by default and it eventually got to the point to where I had to hide in a corner and pick enemies off. I feel like this could have been alleviated by either spacing out phantom drops more or just having fewer phantom drops. Other than Anchor 9, the balancing was pretty great. It remained relatively fair and a great time to play through.

Overall, I had a great time and can't wait to see what you make in the future!

Literally better than everything 343 ever released and even better than some campaign missions Bungie made. I cannot express how damn good this is. Every new sequence is a big suprise and exremely well designed!

Such a good mod. These are the kind of mods I enjoy indulging in. It just scratches the Halo nerd part of my brain. I love how cinematic it felt and how it could have been apart of the base campaign. Fighting inside anchor 9; killing covenant, riding sabers, and fighting covenant on top of the station was so bad ass. The whole mission felt like it had many bombastic moments that are so cool. Modern Halo campaigns need to have this feeling of Spartans kicking ass and doing anime levels of combat. All while playing part of a actual tactical military affair. I hope to see more mods like this one.

Now THAT was such a good mission, I had a blast of a time, it was so good, I personaly feel like everything was just on point, it was so creative and fun, the cutscenes were an unexpected, but awesome surprise, when the cutscene showing Jorge and Jun arriving at the hangar with the troopers I out loud went "woohhooo the boys are here! =D" and at the final moments of the mission I was just genuinely smiling and having a good time, the music, the set pieces and the amount of allies on our side, the whole thing was just *chef´s kiss*, all and all, this mission is amazing, mods like this are what encouraged me to buy Halo MCC for pc, I will be inviting my friends to play this one with me =)

Overall it's good. Too bad they are too many enemies in too tight arenas (except the very last one that was in perfect size). Not enough breathing space, but also breathing time. There's not enough pause between the waves that it felt more like a very very long wave instead of several waves. Because of that, each time I died I didn't even realized that I got a checkpoint, and most importantly I was in robot mode at the end. Just shooting but not having that much fun. It's not a bad mode and reducing the number of enemies could really improve it imo

On the overhand, new cutscenes, dialogue tied to what's going on and what we nee to do, and it's just cool to defend the station from the inside and outside, all that tied to the original campaign. Very good work

I think the mission is great. It has some flaws, like what @Ninjafossil said. The waves during some sections are a bit too long, it drags the experience. However, the cutscenes were surprisingly well done. I love that UNSC Savannah is partaking in the battle, defending the station alongside with you. It provides a cinematic experience.

Ah, I just finished the level - it was just taking far longer than I anticipated to beat each stage. The levels, concept and execution are all fantastic here but I really think you should either lower the enemy count or wave number a bit. Every segment drags quite a bit and I've killed so many covenant I'm amazed that they haven't called off the invasion yet. Not to mention, there's so many enemies in each arena and they all spawn so often that there is nowhere to hide, particularly on the covenant cruiser section. Having to run past enemies to find a place to regenerate your shields only for a squad of brutes or a sword elite to spawn behind you wasn't particularly fun.

That said, I think this is a really solid map - thanks for making it!

No, this is not a firefight map. Which stage are you running into issues with? If for some reason you aren't able to progress the mission in one of the stages, there are rally points that you can use to skip certain parts of the mission. As for the frame drops, I don't have that issue myself, but it's possible that it happens due to certain areas being overloaded with large amounts of enemies. If it's persistent, maybe try lowering the graphics settings a bit and see if that can fix it.

Is this just a firefight map? I've been blasting aliens for half an hour and all that's changed is that all of the marines finally died. Also, I don't know what's causing it but I'm getting some frame drops on this map

Kinda weird how you made the phantom deploy the troops with lack space protection from the outside on the vacuum of space.

It would be cool if your port the landing craft variant from Halo 4 (it only appear once on the first mission) where it attach through the shield/window and deploy troops.
