i think since the playermodels usually not rendered in first person it gets confused when Simple Freecam wants to send new angles/positions while its thinking of where to show the legs for First Person Body
but idk, i could look into it

It seems like VManip was causing the issue, the VManip addons I have installed are VManip (Base), [VManip] Contextual Animations, and [VManip] Door Interaction Animation

way too many to list, about 43 pages of subscribed workshop items.

idk but could it be VManip or GMod Legs 3? I have those two subscribed and this addon's description says "THIS ADDON CONFLICTS WITH SOME CAMERA-ALTERING ADDONS." so I'm wondering if its those two addons. I'm gonna see if any of those addons are causing the issue
