If this is trimmed down to 1 Lifesteal point = 0.1% damage dealt as HP, then it will sound more balanced. Example: at 100 Lifesteal, you get 10% of the damage of ONE weapon into HP. So if you have 6 same weapons of the same Tier, you get 60% of your total damage into HP. If I had to invest 100 points into Lifesteal, 60% sounds reasonable to me (IMO)

Cool idea but way too OP, I tried it a few games and it gives way too much HP back. You basically can't die if you have life steal above 5. Might get it again later if its changed to something more balanced
