according to my addon browser this addon isn't conflicting with anything yet it still is like this, even when playing singleplayer

there is just no way this mod causes that
if you said it had missing textures i might believe you but theres no possible way that this could make your grenade launcher white it has to be something else

also cuba if rocky had the same normal map that's odd because this is from the files in the official sources from the mega link

No, its the same stuff that's been around for about 7 years. This was included in Lt. Rocky's overhauling the originals.

What l4d leak? Is there something else besides the l4d zero mega
